Offer detailsCan I keep my phone number?
Yes, you can transfer your existing phone number to CenturyLink Home Phone service. If your current number is not with CenturyLink, you can port it during the setup process. Once the transfer is complete, your previous service will be deactivated, and your number will be active on CenturyLink's network.
Does the phone work during power outages?
CenturyLink’s Connected Voice service requires electricity to function. Without a battery backup unit (BBU), the phone will not work during power outages. We recommend adding a battery backup to keep your service running for a limited time in the event of a power outage, ensuring you stay connected in emergencies.
